In your return parcel, quote your name, order no. & reason for return. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging & damaged items are labelled clearly. We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we have received and processed your returned item(s). Please allow 3-7 days for your return to be processed.
We are unable to send out replacement items, if the item is still in stock then feel free to book again and we can add to your next order. If your item was part of a pack we are only able to credit for the faulty items within the pack, unfortunately we are unable to split packs to replace faulty items.
Please note we are not liable for the postage cost of returned items. We are only able to credit the postage for faulty items up to the value of £6, all other charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning all items by recorded delivery. If you are outside of the UK or have a large return then please contact us via email email@example.com or telephone +44 (0)203 327 3928 and we will discuss your return with you.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow our returns procedure.
