🧾 VAT (Value Added Tax)

  • UK customers: 20% VAT is applied.

  • EU customers: VAT is charged only if no valid EU VAT number is provided.

  • Non-EU customers (including USA): No VAT is charged.

🌍 Do You Deliver to My Country?

Yes — we ship worldwide via DPD (UK & Europe) and DHL (international).

⏳ “Please Wait” Option

We understand wholesalers often want to consolidate deliveries.

Select the “Please Wait” option at checkout, and we’ll hold your stock for up to 3 days so you can keep adding to your order — saving you multiple delivery charges.

Once you confirm, we’ll dispatch all items together.

👗 Singles & Pack Sales

We sell both single items and packs.

Each product page clearly shows whether the item is available as a single piece, a pack, or both.

📦 Pack Ratios Explained

Pack ratios and quantities are shown on each product page. Example:

Pack of 7 units – Size ratio 1-2-2-1-1 (EU 34-36-38-40-42)

You will receive:

  • 1 × Size 34

  • 2 × Size 36

  • 2 × Size 38

  • 1 × Size 40

  • 1 × Size 42

Always check the ratio details under the product description before ordering.

🚚 Order Dispatch & Shipping

  • Orders placed Mon–Thu before 12 PM (UK time) are dispatched same day.

  • Orders placed Fri after 2 PM are dispatched same day but delivered from Monday onwards.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive:

  1. Order confirmation email when we receive your order.

  2. Dispatch email with tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Orders are shipped with DPD or DHL, depending on your region.

📧 Invoices

We send all invoices by email only — no printed copies are included with shipments.

🔁 Restocks

Fast-selling items are usually restocked within 10 working days.

We’re also introducing a “Notify Me When Back in Stock” option soon to make reordering easier.

🧵 Fabric Composition

Product descriptions include all available material details (e.g. cotton, polyester, viscose).

If no percentage breakdown is listed, the supplier has not provided that information.

📏 Size Guide

  • One Size: Fits UK sizes 6–14.

  • S / M / L: May vary slightly depending on style or supplier.

🌐 Design & Manufacture

We source globally from trusted suppliers, primarily based in Italy, Paris, and China.

All garments carry the original supplier label.

🏢 Samples & Showroom

We do not send out samples.

However, you can view the full collection in person at our London Showroom.

📦 Returns Policy

Items must be returned in original condition within 10 days of delivery (verified via DPD or DHL tracking).

Late returns are not accepted.

💸 Sale Items

Sale items and promotional stock are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
