Delivery Information – BGF by ELVI

Fast & Reliable UK Wholesale Delivery

At BGF by ELVI, we pride ourselves on delivering your wholesale fashion orders quickly and securely.
All parcels are dispatched via DPD Tracked Courier Service, ensuring fast delivery and full visibility from our London warehouse to your boutique.

Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) before 12 PM (GMT) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next working day.

All UK orders are sent using Next Day Delivery (subject to dispatch cut-off).
Standard delivery covers up to 10 kg per box; orders exceeding this weight will incur an additional charge for each extra box.

Shoe Orders

Orders containing shoes are dispatched within 3 to 10 working days due to warehouse scheduling and packaging requirements.

UK Delivery Charges (1–3 Working Days)

  • Standard Delivery: £12.00 per box (excl. VAT)
    Delivery times are based on DPD’s standard service and may vary during peak periods.

Want to collect your order directly from our London showroom? You can!

  • Orders placed before 9 AM → ready for pickup by 12 PM same day (Mon–Fri)

  • Orders placed after 12 PM → ready for pickup from 9 AM next working day (Mon–Thu)

  • Orders placed after 12 PM Friday or over weekend → ready for pickup from 12 PM Monday

Worldwide Delivery

We deliver to Europe and international destinations.
If your boutique is located outside Europe, please contact us with your destination details — we’ll provide a custom delivery quote based on the weight and size of your order.

Prefer to manage your own shipping?
Simply select “Own Courier” at checkout and mention your courier’s details and preferred collection date in the order comments.
Our warehouse team will ensure your parcels are packed and ready for collection.
