At BGF by ELVI, we offer our wholesale customers the opportunity to pre-order upcoming styles before they officially arrive in our warehouse.
Pre-ordering allows you to secure new collection pieces, limited-edition items, and high-demand styles in advance — ensuring your boutique never misses the latest trends.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order item refers to a product that is still in production or transit at the time of your order.
This means the item is not yet available for immediate dispatch, but can be reserved and processed for you as soon as stock arrives.
When placing your order, please check the product details to confirm if the style is available for immediate delivery or on pre-order.
Estimated delivery times are provided in the product description, but may vary depending on production and import schedules.

Estimated Delivery Time
Pre-order delivery times vary depending on the product.
The typical lead time is 7–10 working days from the publication date of the item.
Once the stock reaches our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days via our DPD Tracked Courier Service.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.
Delays and Notifications
Our pre-order collections are produced in limited runs, and every piece undergoes careful quality control and production scheduling.
Occasionally, unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays may occur.
In such cases, our Customer Care Team will notify you immediately with updated timelines and available options.
Combining In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
You can choose how to manage mixed orders:

The full order will be dispatched once all pre-order items have arrived.

Order Amendments
You may request changes to your pre-order (such as size adjustments) before the confirmation email is issued — provided that the requested size is still available.
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we are unable to guarantee modifications or replacements.
To request changes, contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
