The delivery date will be verified using the official courier tracking number linked to your order.
Once your returned items have been processed, we will email you with a credit voucher to be redeemed against your next order.

Following a review of our Returns Policy, we will only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.
Goods must be returned to us within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (international) of delivery.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed.
Once your return has been reviewed, a refund or voucher will be issued depending on the circumstances.
Vouchers can be viewed in your account under ‘My Account’ → ‘My Vouchers’ and can be used against your next purchase. Please note, vouchers have an expiry date and should be used promptly.
If a refund is required, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange it.
All returned goods must be in original condition and packaging, including all labels.
If a returned item is part of a pack, we are only able to credit for the faulty items within the pack.
We are unable to send replacement items or split packs to replace faulty stock.
If the style is still available, please place a new order to include it with your next delivery.
If an item is worn, used, or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund or credit.
We are not liable for the postage costs of returned items, except for faulty goods.
For faulty items, we will credit the return postage cost up to a maximum of £6.00.
All other shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Track & Trace within the UK.
