Do I have to pay vat (value added tax)?
20% vat is only charged to UK customers and European customers who don't have a valid vat number. Customers from outside the European Union (including USA) will not be charged vat.

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL and all countries we ship to can be found here
How does the please wait option work?
One of the great things about ordering from b girl fashion is that we understand as a consumer you may want to stretch out your delivery charge as much as possible, therefore we are happy to hold onto your stock for 3 days, and you can keep adding to the order as opposed to placing a few small orders and paying multiple delivery charges.
Do you sell singles as well as packs?
Yes, we sell single pieces and in packs. All info can be found on each individual product page
How do your products (sold in packs) and product pack ratios work?
Pack ratio's and pack sizes are found on each individual product page;
For example, if there are 7 units in a specific styles pack and the sizes ratio is shown as;
Size 34-36-38-40-42
Sizes ratio 1-2-2-1-1
7 units per pack
You would receive the following sizes below in the pack of 7;
1 unit of eu size 34
2 units of eu size 36
2 units of eu size 38
1 unit of eu size 40
1 unit of eu size 42
When will my order get dispatched and shipped?
Once payment has been received, all orders placed by 12pm monday to thursday will be dispatch same day. Any orders placed by 2pm on friday and onwards will be dispatched same day but will not be received before monday. Please see our full delivery information by clicking here.
How do I track my order?
All orders are tracked with either dpd or dhl, depending on your delivery address. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by your order dispatch email once dispatched - which will contain your delivery tracking information.
Why don’t you include invoices with orders?
We email invoices so do not send a hardcopy with the goods.
How often do you restock as every item i would of liked to have purchased is out of stock
Bestselling items are restocked based on sales, if we see a good response they can be stock back within 10 working days. Also we are working on giving you the option of “email me when item comes back in stock” very soon.
Can I have more description of the material, what its made from/up of. Polyester, cotton etc and breakdown of percentage?
All the information which is given to us from the supplier is provided on the product page. Unfortunately we would not have any further info.
What is the size of our ‘one size’ and small, medium & large?
One size cover UK sizes 6 – 14.
Small, medium, large can vary from style to style.
Where do you design and manufacture your products?
All products are sourced from suppliers globally, mainly manufactured in Italy, Paris and China.
What labels are inside the clothing?
The products carry the supplier labels.
Do you send out samples?

What is the returns policy?
All items must be returned in original condition within 10days of receipt of goods. We can track this via DPD and DHL. Any items sent back after this period will not be refunded for. See our returns policy here for more information.
Can I return sale items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
